Wow...has this movie been parodied to death or what? Many people I know find it impossible not to laugh at certain scenes. Yeah, I guess when EVERYONE ON EARTH makes fun of a movie, it loses some of its punch. But, try this, all right? Sit down and watch it alone, in the dark, and take it as seriously as it was intended to be taken. Now let's see who gets the last laugh? This is a genuinely horrifying film that is frightening in every context. No, kids, they don't make 'em like this anymore...aren't you glad?
